            When Bill Gordon moved to Oregon, after living in the Kansas City area  for over 30 years, he was missing that good ole tradition of Midwest bar-b-que.   All that time in Kansas gave BG a chance to perfect his sauce, and get his recipes down to a science.  From  Baby Back Ribs, to Beef Brisket, Poultry and Pork, and a load of other fixins, BG only serves quality BBQ with a down-home style. He gained official Oregonian status when he began beekeeping in his backyard!
